・当サイト『Yang Yam Tunes』は、ゲームやアニメなどを始めとする各種コンテンツやサービスへ使用できる、ロイヤリティフリーの音源ファイル（mp3またはwav）を無料配布しています。

・当サイトの楽曲はすべて無料で利用可能です。試聴、ダウンロードおよび使用にあたって、購入代や使用料(ロイヤリティ)は発生しません。会員登録の手続きも不要です。

・楽曲のダウンロード曲数・使用回数に上限はありません。

・音源の使用について、個人・商用利用を問いません。

・当サイトのすべての楽曲の著作権は、作曲者であるYoichi Yamaguchi（山口陽一）に帰属します。

・楽曲の利用にあたり、クレジットやリンク等の著作権表記は必要ありません。表記していただいても問題はありませんが、その場合はサイト名の「Yang Yam Tunes」もしくは、作曲者名の「Yoichi Yamaguchi」(または「山口陽一」)のいずれかの名義でお願いいたします。

・楽曲の利用に際して、使用許可や利用報告は不要です。

・掲載済みの楽曲を予告なく削除・変更する場合があります。削除・変更によってユーザーに発生したトラブルや損害について、当サイトはいかなる責任も負いません。

・楽曲の著作権者を名乗る行為、著作権や知的財産権を侵害する行為を禁止します。

・楽曲素材(音源ファイル等)そのものの再配布・貸与・譲渡・転売を禁止します。また、同様に素材そのものをインターネットやCD・DVD(その他、類するメディアソフトまたはハード)などを介し、複数のユーザーの間でシェア・共有する行為を禁止します。

※ただし、twitter・Facebook・Instagram・YouTube等のSNSでの、配布・販売・ダウンロードを目的としない楽曲紹介を意図するシェアは大丈夫です。

・楽曲素材を商標登録したり、意匠登録したりする行為を禁止します。

・当サイト上の画像素材(アイコンやイメージ等)でキャラクターを作成する行為、また画像素材をスタンプ類や装飾の全体または一部へ利用・転用する行為を禁止します。

・楽曲を加工、編集および編曲、修正、改変、再構成、他の楽曲や音声ファイルとコラージュする行為を禁止します。

※ただし、以下に挙げる場合を目的とする際のみ、音源ファイルを部分的に加工・編集していただいて大丈夫です。

(1)ループ使用や尺(再生/使用時間)の調整のための加工・裁断

・楽曲素材を装飾の一部であるBGMとしてではなく、商品/製品・サービスの主要なコンテンツとして使用し販売・配布する行為を禁止します。

・公序良俗に反する行為を固く禁止します。

・誹謗中傷目的での利用、特定の人物および団体・組織・法人等の名誉や人格を棄損する目的での利用、また特定の人物の特徴を誇張・侮蔑する表現行為での利用を禁止します。

・アダルト/成人向けの内容が含まれるコンテンツでの利用を禁止します。

・ユーザーの入手したファイルやデータ等が消失・喪失・損傷・損壊した場合に、当サイトはユーザーに対していかなる責任も負いません。

・第三者による不正アクセスによる何らかの損害が発生した場合について、当サイトは賠償責任を負いません。

・利用規約は予告なく変更・改定される場合があります。
